Bella Boxed Candles accepts orders 24/7 and we ship Monday - Friday. Including Holidays.

 

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 7 Business Days for your order to ship due to the increased volume of orders. Your order will be sent USPS Priority mail, from Colorado springs,CO.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed 7 days from the time order is shipped. The order ship date does not count as a day in transit. Also a common misconception is that choosing USPS priority mail means your package will arrive in two days. USPS transit times does not reflect our processing time. 

Enjoy free shipping over orders $75 and up.USPS shipping rates are based on your shipping address and weight of your order.

For international orders. Your order will be sent USPS Priority mail international.

USPS priority transit times very per state but typically deliver 2-3 business days. During the busy fall/holidays season, and especially during COVID-19, USPS may experience delays that are out of our controll.

Where are my items shipping from?

We are now shipping from one location! Orders ship from our Colorado location.

Where is my package?

After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 3-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Many orders ship in multiple packages. If you receive only part of your order, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the remainder of your order to ship.

What should i do if my package says delivered, but i have not received it?

Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your family members and neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package after 30 days, please reach out to contact@bellaboxedcandles.com for a replacement.

At this time, we cannot accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. If you have an issue, please contact us for help.
